Granting Collaborator Access

To facilitate a smooth setup and ongoing support, granting Ribbon collaborator access to your Shopify store is essential. Here’s a quick overview of the process:

  1. Generate a 4-Digit Collaborator Code: Log in to your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users and Permissions, and locate the Collaborators section. If needed, generate a new 4-digit code and note it.


  1. Share the Code with Ribbon Support: Send this code securely to the Ribbon team, allowing them to initiate the access request.

  1. Approve the Access Request: Once Ribbon submits the request, go to Settings > Users and Permissions and review the request. Approve necessary permissions for Apps, Themes, and Orders as required.
