Configuring Your Ribbon Settings

Accessing Ribbon Settings

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin and navigate to Apps > Ribbon.
  2. Open the Settings tab.

Default Settings

  • Pre-configured to offer a basic gifting experience.
  • Includes options for digital and combined gifting.

Customizing Settings

  • Enable or disable specific features such as:
    • Digital-only gifting for quick e-gifts.
    • Gift customization allows recipients to choose details like size or color.

Best Practices

  • Enable both digital and physical gifting options for a flexible customer experience.
  • Regularly review settings to align with seasonal campaigns or promotions.
