Monitoring Your Gifting Performance
With Ribbon’s built-in analytics, you can track and monitor your gifting performance from the Gifts tab. This section provides useful insights into the following:
- Total Ribbon purchases
- Total Ribbon revenue generated
- Unique Ribbon gifters
- Outstanding gifts (gifts that have been sent but not yet redeemed)
You can filter these stats by timeframes such as the past 24 hours, last 7 days, or last 30 days to get a clear overview of your gifting trends.
Review your analytics regularly to identify popular giftable products and consider expanding the range of products available for gifting. Making more products fully giftable can increase gifting frequency and customer satisfaction.
