Settings Management
Ribbon offers several settings to help you manage your account and keep everything running smoothly.
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab
Step 2: From this tab you have the option to:
- Enable Store Credit: When enabled, customers can choose to receive store credit instead of a physical product when redeeming a gift. If disabled, store credit will only be available when the giftable product is out of stock.
- Allow Phone Number Collection: When enabled, recipients must enter their phone number when redeeming a gift.
- Run a Manual Product Image Sync: This feature allows you to manually update all associated product images and prices, ensuring that your giftable items are current.
- Delete App Data: If you ever need to uninstall the app, make sure to click the Delete button to prevent Ribbon's data from interfering with any future reinstallations.
