What is Ribbon?

Ribbon is a tool to send gifts without a shipping address.

I'm having trouble redeeming a gift someone purchased for me, what should I do?

What if I don’t want the product that someone purchased for me?

If the merchant has enabled store credit, you will see an option during gift redemption to “claim store credit”. Upon entering your email address, you will be sent store credit that can be redeemed with the merchant for another product.
